General overview

Our home in brand new and we absolutely love it. What we love lots about it is the fact that there are 5 bedrooms total, 4 with ensuite and one 3 steps away. We love our fully fenced yard and new jacuzzi. We love that we have a gate across our driveway for added privacy and for kids and pets. We are so close to the fabulous Long Bay reserve and beach and just LOVE walking in both. One of our rooms is in the downstairs right off the kitchen and is a separate space. It has its own lounge, bathroom and kind bed room. Master is a king bed also. Other rooms are a queen, double and my youngest daughter's room has a bunkbed with a double on bottom, twin on top and then pull out twin so super fun for a kids room. Adult lounge and main living lounge, there is room for everyone. We also have a ping pong table upstairs and a car or possibly two to use if you would like to. We can also possibly be pet friendly as we have two dogs that we board when away but we are suited for dogs. Come and visit!!

Helllllo Fellow Travelers and Families! We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 15, 13, and 10, born and raised in California who now live in beautiful New Zealand! We purchased a motorhome during covid and traveled 38 of the 50 United States and boyyyy did that spark our love and desire to travel. We absolutely love it here in New Zealand especially where we live. We live on the north shore of the north island in a newer development suburb called Long Bay. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous private reserve behind us with lots of tracks for hiking. About 45 mins to the airport, we are central to lots of traveling around Auckland, quick boat ride to the beautiful wine country island of Waiheke, and lots of amazing beaches!
