Heated pool and spa, quiet neighborhood is best for both - a family vacation and relaxation.
The space
The house is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, artworks, linens and appliances. The property features a spacious living room, a dining room for six with direct access to the pool, and a convenient “coffee zone” in between. Two huge UHD TVs with Netflix will entertain you on rainy days. 500 MBps wireless internet will help you to share your emotions with your loved ones, or complete your distance work for your boss.
Don’t feel like going to the beach? Not a problem, the Tropical like settings with hot spa and a gorgeous heated pool (extra fee for heating) with a play zone for kids will make your vacation unforgettable. All pool features are conveniently operated from a remote control.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three big comfy leather couches in the house. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area with a table for four and a large screened lanai with another dining table for six. Plenty of towels and all basic household supplies are provided. There is also a laundry in the garage for your convenience.
The property is completely fenced for your privacy with an automatic sliding gate for secure access.
Very quiet neighborhood where you can safely enjoy a walk or just seat outside and enjoy lovely Sarasota evenings.
