General Overview

Our home is the perfect set up for a large family! We have three kid bedrooms upstairs, all en-suite. The main bedroom is on the main floor. We have an additional bedroom in the basement that sleeps 5 people. There is also a workout room, media room and golf simulator in the basement. We live on Cheyenne Mountain in a safe, gated community with private hiking trails. We live 5 minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain zoo and the world famous Broadmoor hotel. We can also get you access to our Country Club- with a lake, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and 18 hole golf course for a daily fee.

The Space

We have a huge front and back yard- plenty of room to play. Our house is also next to a wooded area that is fun to explore. We have two large outdoor decks with views as well.
