General overview
Our home is a four bed, detached modern house with views looking out over Cork Harbour.
It is a 5- 10 minute walk to Little Island Train station, where there are regular trains to Cork City (7 Minutes by Train), Fota, Cobh, Midleton.
We are located within easy access of the M8 to Dublin and N25 to East Cork and Waterford. We are also within 5 minute drive of the Jack Lynch Tunnel providing access to West Cork and Kerry.
The space
The house is a spacious 4 bedroomed house with two bedrooms ensuite.
Kitchen is large and clean with induction hob, integrated cooker hood, multi funcion oven, combination microwave, steam oven and warming drawer. Miele dishwasher, stainless steel sink unit, amtico flooring, parana pine ceiling.
It has two large picture windows facing east and south. It also provides access to the balcony.
4 bathrooms all contain power showers.
Guest access
Spacious entrance hall with cloak cupboard. Stairs to lower ground floor where 3 bedrooms are located.
Notes
Our house is perfect for young children (maybe not babies/toddlers as there are lots of steps!)
We have lots of toys indoor and outdoors which visitors would be welcome to use.

We are close to train station but ideally visitors would have their own car.

Cork airport is 20 minutes drive away.
We are close to train station but with a steep uphill walk back!

Ideally guests will need access to their own car as we are located up a relatively steep hill but within short walk of train station and bus stop.
