General overview
Our home spacious with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread throughout 3 levels. Approx 3300 sq ft, with 3 living room areas (1 has it's own wet bar), covered porch, and a small yard. We are centrally located in the Heights neighborhood. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, parks, coffe shops, boutiques and more.
A cat lives in this house. She is low-maintenance, but the guest is expected to feed her once a day. She comes and goes from outside.
The space
Guest will have full use of the house such as living areas, kitchen, laundry, and the guest bedroom, Our personal bedroom(s) will be locked and unavailable.
Guest access
Guests must be comfortable with numerous stairs. There are steps leading up to the front door and about 30 steps to the 3rd level where the bedroom is.
