45th floor downtown Montréal
(We just moved in... more pictures will be added on after our renovations but feel free to contact us for a virtual tour 😊)
The two bedrooms condo with BREATHTAKING views is our home in La Tour des Canadiens 2, and you will find in it everything you need to enjoy your time in Montréal. Picasso, our lovely cat you see in the pictures won't be there upon your stay, but he might have left hair behind so allergic people, be aware !
This is an AMAZING location in the city ! You do not have to step outside as you have a direct access to the subway stations, the REM (light rail system) that can bring you to the south shore in a couple of minutes and also the Central station (gare centrale) where you can board a train to Ottawa, Québec city or other beautiful cities you would like to visit during your trip !! All this to say you do not need a car, not even from the airport.
This is what they say about TDC2, La Tour des Canadiens 2 :
As an ode to the greatest hochey franchise in the history of the NHL, Tour des Canadiens 2 rises in downtown Montreal, a 54-storey icon of sparkling glass. Residents enter a luxurious marble-accented lobby, providing an impressive five-star welcome home. A dramatic four-storey atrium overlooks the plaza at Saint-Antoine Street and Jean d'Estrées, and connects to Windsor Station and the Bell Centre via a Skybridge.

This is a non-smoking home
We are very clean and careful about our place. We'll treat your home as well and expect the same in return. No shoes in the condo.
There will be a cleaning fee of $150 when it is not a reciprocal exchange.
Guest access
Located on the forty-fifth floor, close to the elevators
Notes
We also own other units in the same tower (see last pictures) :
A beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo, on a lower floor.
A lovely studio with all the amenities and a spectacular view of the city.
This means we are very flexible to accomodate your stay here as you could live there even if we are still in Montréal, whenever the condos are not rented !
(please note that we ask a minimum stay of 7 days)

Julie et Robert
Bonjour !
My name is Julie (francophone) and my husband is Robert (anglophone). We've been together for over 25 years, and even more in love than back then ! ♥ We have two wonderful kids, Juliana (20) and Anthony (22), that are independant but could join us occasionally on trips.
We own some properties in Montréal and in Sherbrooke that I managed, Rob is an avionic technician and will soon retire ; in the meantime, we will be happy to start with shorther exchanges during my husband vacations or over the Holidays.
When the kids were younger and my husband was deployed with the military, I've decided to do homeschooling while traveling with the children and we experienced incredible exchanges. I then decided that this would be our lifestyle in retirement ; we bought our first condo in Montréal for that purpose but it was also a great investment... so we bought a couple more :)
