General overview
It's a homey and lovely stone house, with plenty of space for a family of 4-5. We have a backyard, a deck with string lights, excellent AC (a must in Texas!), a Berkey Water filter, comfortable beds, subscriptions to Max, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, and Prime; and lots of toys and books. We live on a cul-de-sac, and can provide a bike/scooter/balance bike for your little one to enjoy it. We have a deck behind our house with string lights, making it another spot to enjoy a meal or drink outside. Our minivan may be available for some stays with proper insurance.

We are a family of four, living in Austin, TX. Our son is 8 years old and our daughter is 5. We love learning languages and travel. My husband manages a large music festival here, and I am currently a stay-at-home parent who occasionally substitute teaches.
