Ceiling fan. French/Spanish library in the hallway with many beautiful books and tourist guides on Barcelona available to guests. On the second floor, panoramic glazed living room with comfortable lounge area and dining area, fridge, small crockery area (cold water), kettle, toaster, citrus press, plunger coffee maker and espresso machine, TV (analogue), DVD and VHS, opening onto a large terrace with garden furniture and parasol, without vis-à-vis, with a spectacular view of Barcelona, the sea and the port. At your disposal, board games, chess, backgammon, 421, Rummy, collection of films on DVD (the owner is a filmmaker).

Neighbourhood

very quiet area, just above the train station (frequent trains that connect Barcelona in 20 minutes by sea). Just below the house, large harbor very lively in the evening, many bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and two separate beaches on either side. Sailing and windsurfing clubs, beach appreciated by Kitesurfers in winter – Fishing on the pier and on the beach at night – Very pretty wine-growing village (Alella) 2 km away. Supermarket 50 meters away, bakery 2 streets away, market and very varied shops in the village. Dispensary in the next street. Ideal for two couples or a couple with 2 or 3 children wanting to visit Barcelona without the pressure of the big city.
