Our house is a character rich heritage home in a quiet friendly street in the heart of the Kitsilano neighbourhood.
Originally built in 1912 the house has two smaller bedrooms and a main bedroom and family bathroom upstairs. Lounge and dining room with separate kitchen on the main floor and media room and laundry in the basement. Covered porch and veranda and a private rear deck. Guests will have use of the main house and the back garden. Basement guests will have use of the brick patio with BBQ or main deck and garden when house is not occupied. Parking is free on street and the shops and entertainment of Broadway are just a few minutes walk away. Beach just a 15 min walk.
Our newly refurbished one bedroom basement suite with own entrance is also available as it can connect to the house inside for a family exchange and for more space. Thanks.
