General overview

My house is situated in a car free zone.An old military Hospital zone became a great living neighborhood. Kids can play on the street,ride their bikes, play in our two playgrounds. Supermarket, coffeehouse , Brewery, Michelin star restaurant, bakery all at walking distance on the site. My house has his own little garden,but the balance of the public property is chaired by the residences. A tram takes you straight to the center of Antwerp in 10 minutes. I have my own garage and their are cars,bikes and scooters to rent on the property.My house is very modern,open and has airco .

The space

Downstairs you have a hall, toilet, and an open living kitchen. This gives acces to the garden with a sliding door. On the first floor you have a sitting area and a readingroom/ single bedroom with sink. The second room has another bedroom with one single bed and a baby bed . Another toilet and a master bedroom with a bathroom . On the property you have a parking spot.

Guest access

The ground floor have no steps,but then you have steps to the other levels.

Notes

There are no cars allowed on the property, so kids can play safe .
