Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is a friendly space with people walking their dogs, raising their kids, and remaining active. We live walking distance from a couple playgrounds; shopping centers with grocery stores and restaurants; and a quick 20 minute drive to popular hiking spots in the foothills. With its picturesque views, vibrant community atmosphere, and convenient access to Denver's urban delights, Arvada is a great destination for those seeking the quintessential Colorado lifestyle.

Getting Around

Our home is walking distance to two shopping centres. It is about a 5 minute walk to two grocery stores; coffee shop; bakeries; a couple restaurants. Another 10 minutes walking will get you to a Target; and other various shops and restaurants. Additionally, we are three miles from the nearest train station that can get you to Downtown Denver and the airport. The train station (Olde Town Arvada) is also located in a cute pedestrian style area with lots of shops and restaurants.
