General overview

The most exclusive area of Nashville. All homes multi-million dollar homes. 10 minutes from Vanderbilt University, downtown and The Gulch.

The space

Very private stone swimming pool with waterfall. Huge new kitchen (2021) with marble bar island, ice maker, etc. Formal dining room seating for 12-16 in a sunroom feeling with floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. The most comfortable sofa and gigantic ottoman that you've ever lounged on in the living room with 60 inch tv over gas fireplace - french doors and huge windows overlooking the swimming pool. 3 bedrooms with mastersuite (King bed) with bathroom and 2 bedrooms (Queens in both) sharing a hall bathroom.

Main floor, 2nd story. The basement is locked and owner storage.

Notes

You can use Uber/Lyft to get around town easily, or use 3 car flat. 8ft. tall wood privacy fence around swimming pool and table seating for 18 on a stone patio. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor (powder room). The two upstair bathrooms are nice, but not newly updated.
