This is our holiday house. A comfortable, lovely & cozy El Oasis de las Palmeras apartment offers exceptional facilities and quality accommodation and superb value for both families and golfers alike. The Roda Golf & Beach Resort is a 5 star resort and has a nature of the landscape and the shallow waters of the Mar Menor mean that this resort is not just for golfers! It would particularly suit for families with small children as well. The resort provides children's play areas, communal playgrounds, swings, climbing frames etc. The perfect place if you want to enjoy a quiet family holiday yet have all the amenities you need close by. Just 15 minutes (on foot) to the center of Los Alcazares and 25 minutes on foot to the stunning beaches such as: Playa Los Narejos, Playa del Espejo, Playa de Las Palmeras, Playa de Las Salinas and more, You can enjoy with the sea with plenty of beach activities, lovely walking street with the best coffee shops, and many restaurants, many Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The space

The apartment It is located in the secure Roda Golf & Beach Resort in San Javier in the Murcia region close to Los Alcazares town. This apartment in 1st floor with elevator, 73 m2 is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,each room has in-built cupboard, a living room, a terrace overlooking fountain & balcony, very well furnished a kitchen with appliances such as washing dishes, washing machine, microwave, cooker/ oven, air-conditioning, heating, TV with Netflix, fast fibre WiFi/internet 300 mbps, private parking and with 24/7-hours security video surveillance with barrier control entrance. In the complex there are 5 outdoor swimming pools, private parking and a well-designed garden, warm/cold water ,air conditioning, heater. In addition, there is access to 5 community pools open all year round from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is no lifeguard, so children must be accompanied. To enter you need the access bracelets that are in the house. If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot.

Neighbourhood

Los Alcazares -20 mniute on foot Roda Village -5 minutes on foot Beach 2.3 km -30 minutes in foot Sea/Ocean Mar Menor Coast 6 km 1. Roda village is only 5 minutes on foot main entrance to the resort and in this village there are few bars, restaurants, a mini supermarket. 2. Los Alcázares: is a lovely seaside town with beaches full of bars and restaurants which spill out onto pavement terraces and 4km of long white sandy beach with promenade. 3. La Zenia: 20-minute drive is located on the Costa Blanca South just south of the major town of Torrevieja. This stretch of the coast is known as the Orihuela Costa. La Zenia is a small but busy beach tourist resort. It has many restaurants, bars, shops and good facilities due to the large number of people who live here all the year round. There are many Irish bars including the well-known Paddy’s. Most bars show Sky Sports and it is easy to find a good all-day English breakfast in one of the many cafes and restaurants, boulevard Shopping centers. 4. Cartagena: is close by (20 minute drive) with many historical sites and a cosmopolitan atmosphere in this port city that is popular with cruise ships because there are many shops and tapas bars. 5. Murcia: is close by (30 minute drive), the capital and most populous city of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the seventh largest city in the country, with a population of 450,000 inhabitants. Murcia is the perfect city break destination for those who don’t really love cities. The center has the feel of a small town, and while there’s plenty going on, everything is all centered around separate plazas. Nothing feels rushed or as intense as big cities. The heart of Murcia is the beautiful, historic Old Town, full of huge plazas and baroque buildings. Many of the streets are pedestrianized, so this is a gorgeous place to simply stroll around and explore. As well as some of the city’s most iconic architectural sites, you’ll find plenty of great boutique shops too. 6. Torrevieja: : is close by (30 minute drive), a city in Spain’s southeastern Alicante province, on the Costa Blanca. It’s known for its Mediterranean climate and coastline. Promenades run along sandy, resort-backed beaches. The tiny Museo del Mar y de la Sal houses exhibits exploring the town’s fishing and salt-mining history, museums, waterparks, and vibrant nightlife.
