General overview
We absolutely adore our house, it’s fully updated and has multiple living rooms for hanging out and watching movies. We especially love the kitchen and dining area Because it is spacious and has everything needed to make a huge family meal. We have several acres with two creeks and lots of fields and room for the children to play. We are a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia, our huge barn has been converted to a golf driving range, loft for hanging out, ping-pong, pottery, barn, and more. Our home has a variety of sleeping options, including king size bed in the master bedroom on the main floor, upstairs bedrooms and even outdoor sleeping on the back porch next to the pond. Our kids even enjoy doing slumber parties at the barn. It’s fully insulated and is a great play area.
The space
We have a sitting porch to watch the cars drive-by while drinking your coffee, we live in the country so a lot of tractors and farmers are driving by. There are no other homes within sight, just a cornfield across the yard and forest surrounding. We have a bamboo forest right next to us, which is a lot of fun to hear the birds come in at night. we don’t have any light pollution, so we have excellent stargazing options in the evening. Our back porch is the most amazing spot to hang out and watch movies, grill out on the porch and eat out there, or just read a book and cozy up for a nap. We have an outdoor shower and bathtub available to relax outside. We have two full bathrooms inside as well. Our kitchen has an old farmhouse sink and open cabinets with lots of homemade pottery. We mostly have cast-iron and Dutch ovens for cooking and all of our beds are super cozy. We have lots of hammocks hanging around the property to relax on. We have hiking trails in the back of our land. There’s lots of freedom here for kids to play and be safe.
Guest access
This is a two-story house with a master bedroom on the main floor. All the bathrooms are on the main floor. If you go in the front door, there are about six steps, or the back door. It’s just one step.
Notes
We have a miniature dachshund that usually travels with us. We have two outdoor cats. They live here and will need to be fed.

Neighbourhood
Blue Ridge Georgia is a very popular place for people to visit. There is a train that travels to the Tennessee Georgia North Carolina line. There are lots of small towns in our area including McCaysville, Copperhill, Murphy, Blairsville.
Tons of small shops, local goods, farmers markets, John C Campbell, folks school. It’s just up the road in the next town.

We are two hours from Atlanta, Asheville, Knoxville, Chattanooga.
