My home is a beautiful fully renovated 1950s heritage home that has a homely, peaceful feel.
The section is flat with landscaped gardens, a front yard big enough to play outside with the kids and is secured safely behind a 5 foot fence with remote controlled gates. Also outside is a trampoline and basketball hoop and a long driveway suitable for two cars. At the rear of the property is a large deck with outdoor dining and couch and bbq. Secured behind a glass fence is a 7 x 3m pool.
Next to the deck is a fully renovated industrial style garage which is used as a second living / entertaining space and contains a fridge, tv, couch and basic gym equipment. The garage has large bifold doors opening to the lawn, and a bifold window with bar and bar stools, overlooking the pool.
Inside the home there are four bedrooms. The master has a walk in robe and en-suite. The second bedroom is very large with a heritage style ornamental fireplace. The other two bedrooms have built in robes. One of the bedrooms also contains an infrared sauna.
