General overview

We provide our family beach house built by our parents. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of San Teodoro, 5 km away from the area's beaches and the nightlife of the city center Single unit with garden on all four sides of the house.

The space

At the entrance there is a large open space with relaxation area, dining area and open kitchen with fireplace; panoramic window towards Tavolara. A door separates the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower and one used as a laundry area.

Guest access

The house is spread over one floor, because the basement is not finished. Access for disabled people is interrupted by 4 steps leading to the main door on the ground floor

Notes

Inside the property you can find fruit trees. There is no heating, apart from the fireplace, because the house has always been used as a base for summer holidays.
