Beautiful Beach side home, in the centre of Dunsborough, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Only minutes away from WA's best wine region and some of the best surfing spots in Australia.

The space

We have 4 Bedrooms, 2 with King Beds, one with 2 King Singles and the 4th with 2 King singles with pull out trundles. 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Formal lounge and dining area, casual lounge and kids rumpus room with Table Tennis and TV. Basketball net on large Driveway. The house sleeps 8-10 guests.

2 storey house with a staircase. Master Bedroom and bathroom upstairs with an adult retreat and balcony.

Notes

Only minutes away from the wine region of Western Australia. Margaret River is only 30 min by car.
