General overview
The house has three floors, two terraces and two terraces. On the ground floor is the garage and electrical installations.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a very large bathroom, a cleaning area, a large dining room, a kitchen, a balcony and a terrace.
The first floor is completely remodeled, has lots of light and a white and calm atmosphere. It is extremely well cared for and preserved.
On the second floor, there is an open space that I use as a studio to work. This has access to two large terraces.
