Walkable to the top nightlife in Virginia, grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, a huge mall, fitness, etc. Two parks & public library across the street! On-site parking is available (ask me for details.) 2. SAFE. Easy, quick access to DC--but on the safe side of the river. 3. GYM. My building gym has the core essentials: treadmill, elliptical, row, bike, dumbbells, and basic resistance machine. 4. COZY. I've designed it to be comfortable, with plush reclining leather furniture, instant fireplace, wool rug, organic mattress, filtered water, red light therapy, and other health-conscious/comfort choices. Also I'll leave you free premium gourmet coffee! 5. PERSONALITY. I've created my own rustic design for "Cowboy House" to keep my memories of the American West alive. Btw--most travelers never see half of it, because it's so large and intimidating a challenge. I can be a useful guide to you in your future planning, as I've seen a great deal of it and made multiple cross-country trips.

Yes Hello, I'm a DC-based bachelor who has tried to design a supremely cozy apartment in a great location, with a unique personality and natural materials. (More on that in the home description.) I'm a mid-30's remote-work professional helping to manage a small company. I'm from DC originally but spent 5 years living in the American West, sometimes nomadically. After 2 years in an RV and 3 in beautiful Bend, Oregon, family & career recently brought be back home (I became an uncle!) While this change will surely dampen my skiing hobby, the travel lust burns unabated. I hope soon to explore my heritage in Britain & Ireland, ancient history in Italy, and apres ski in the Alps. My long term ambition is in education entrepreneurship, and hope to visit top schools to inform my model.
