General overview
A brand new construction building (2022). The best in this side of town with incredible amenities. Upscale as it gets. My studio is compact but has a huge balcony and nicely decorated with thoughtful lights and great sound system. It is definitely a vibe. I will leave the surfing board so you can go practice as well.
The building is highly secure and in one of the best areas of LA namely Santa Monica/Brentwood, a short 10 min drive to the sea and other amenities.
