General Overview

Gorgeous home situated on coastal marshes with freshwater swimming and a private man-made beach. Short drive to Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC, Jacksonville, FL. Outdoor adventures with wildlife such as Bald Eagles, alligators, dolphin, fishing charters, deer and many more during miles of hiking opportunities on unique barrier islands such as Sapelo Island, Little St. Simons and Cumberland Island (where JFK Jr. was married!). Small town and funky coastal vibe with access to nearby vacation cities!

The Space

Spacious 2nd home with 5 bedrooms - one of which has 3 double over double built-in buckbeds that are perfect for kids. Pool table, ping pong, hottub and board games for fun nights indoors. Outdoor has a man-made white sand beach with a swimming feature by a freshwater well. Sooo much better than a crowded public beach and salty water! Plus inflatable trampoline in center to wear everyone out! Covered outdoor kitchen equipped with lots of seating, a gas fireplace and TV.

Guest Access

2 story home with only half bath downstairs.

Notes

Guests are required to use life jackets if water trampoline is used. Events are allowed on a case by case basis. We have hosted weddings and other parties but guest must work with me on additional costs associated with such!

I would suggest renting a car. Home is easy to access but not in a busy area.
