General overview

We live in the beautiful premier Seattle suburb of Mercer Island, one freeway exit from downtown. Our home is spacious 2690' ft (250' sq. m.) with 3 BR and 3 BA on three levels. We have 2 large lounge areas and a large eat-in kitchen with new appliances including Bosch induction stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We have an internal washer and dryer and built-in microwave. We have very high-speed internet and wi-fi suitable for working remotely. The house is filled with art and has a private backyard. We have helpful and well-travelled neighbors. We have new central air conditioning with "smart" thermostat and Nest security doorbell. We are very experienced home exchangers, including 20 successful international (Sydney, AU) and US exchanges on another platform. Our home is a tri-level typical of Pacific Northwest architecture. There are 7 steps between each level. Main level: Eat-in kitchen with new Bosch induction stove and dishwasher, new LG four-door refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave, Instapot, Ninja Airfryer Living room/lounge area Dining area with seating for 6-8 Access to fenced backyard with BBQ Upper level: Primary bedroom with new king size Casper hybrid mattress, ensuite bathroom (shower), built-in closet Second bedroom with full size plush mattress and built-in closet Hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combination Lower level: Living room/lounge area with computer and TV Third bedroom with ensuite (shower) and new queen size hybrid Casper mattress and built-in closet Laundry area with internal washer and dryer laundry machines and utility sink Separate entry and access to fenced backyard. We have a computer with high speed wi-fi, 2 TVs, DVD, VCR.
