General Overview
House in the renowned beach neighbourhood in the east end of Toronto.
The Space
The modern open concept main floor has a living room, dining room and newly renovated kitchen, with a patio door opening onto a private garden oasis. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms; the main bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third room which can be used as an office/craft studio or a bedroom with two single cot beds. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The basement is finished and also has a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Guest Access
There are 4 steps up to the front door, and full stairs going up to the upstairs and full stairs going to the basement.

Nearest airport
Toronto Pearson is about 40 minutes away and the downtown city airport is about 20 minutes away, both easily accessible by public transit.
Getting Around
Shops, restaurants and cafes are all a quick walk down to queen street east. A bus can take you up to the subway, otherwise downtown Toronto can also be reached by public transport via streetcar, which is a few minutes walk from the house.
