Steps from the Kipling Subway station. A few steps to the grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, Tim Horton's, and many restaurants. Getting to downtown Toronto by subway takes only 25 minutes and coming from / going to the airport by a direct public bus takes 15 minutes. You will have access to high-speed WiFi, local phone, TV, parking if needed, and access to all common facilities (indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, library, movie theatre, fully equipped gym, and many other facilities).
