Our home is a modern new 2 storey and 1820sq/ft home built in 2022. Situated in the deep SE end of the city called Seton, we are located in a brand new development neighborhood that is safe, family friendly and easy accessible to all the highways. Our home is family friendly, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an undeveloped basement that has a Peleton bike and light weights for workout, as well as equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, fitness, playgrounds etc all within a 5 minute drive. Downtown Calgary is about a 25 minute drive, Kannanaskis is 1 hour drive, and Banff National Park is 2 hours drive! Did you also know that Calgary gets ALOT of northern lights in the winter/spring?? Tammy

Hi! My name is Tammy and I am currently living in Calgary, Canada with my two kids (boy 13y and girl 5y). I am a full time Global Education Director but also work as a coder and am a home based baker. Our family will be relocating to Orange County, CA later this year and I am hoping to be able to arrange a few home exchanges beforehand to have the opportunity to explore the neighborhoods and begin the transition for the kids. On my spare time, I enjoy spending it with my family and friends, traveling (both for business and pleasure) and experiencing new cultures, exploring new restaurants and hitting up a good workout class!
