General overview
Our house is 100 years old with beautiful decorative elements and high ceilings throughout. It is large, bright and spacious. You'll feel right at home here.
The space
The living, dining and kitchen area share a large space with floor to ceiling windows and an outlook onto a lush garden. There are beautiful wooden floorboards throughout.
There are 2 bedrooms and an office which can be converted into a bedroom if needed. These rooms are carpeted.
There is a separate large playroom for the kids with everything they can dream of.
There is a dining area outside for 6 as well as a table tennis table.
Guest access
This is a single storey dwelling. There are 5 steps at the entrance. Alternatively, there is path on the side which leads to the back with no stairs.
Notes
Our home is our happy place. You'll find all the items you need for every day.
We are baby and child friendly- high chair, cot, bed rails, toddler feeding chair, bathtub, lots of toys, fun backyard activities etc. Feel free to use it all!
We have central ducted heating throughout.
Evaporative cooling and a portable aircon unit if needed. Their is also a dyson air purifier hot/cold unit in each bedroom.

10-15 minute drive to local beaches.

Getting to my home
You can access our home easily with public transport. There are 3 tram lines that stop nearby.
Alternatively, there is a main train station not far too.
Most people drive in Melbourne, roads are easy to use and very accessible.
