General Overview
What we love most about our home is how much space there is for everyone to relax, play, and spend time together. Our massive backyard is definitely the heart of the home, with a pool, playground, and trampoline that our kids (and their friends!) absolutely love.
We're in the beautiful Niagara wine region, so we're surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants, and plenty of things to explore, while still being close to Niagara Falls and the many family-friendly attractions in the area.
Our home is comfortable, welcoming, and very family-friendly. It's the kind of place where you can spend a fun day exploring Niagara, come home for a swim, fire up the BBQ, and relax while the kids play outside. We love that it gives us the best of both worlds: a great base for exploring the area and a backyard that feels like a vacation in itself.
The Space
Our first floor is spacious, including a large dining and play area, kitchen and living room, sun room, bathroom and laundry facilities off the garage.
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, with an extra space that can be used as a 4th bedroom (has a bed).
Bedroom 1 has a King bed and an en suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a twin bed in each room.
Bedroom 4 is a den space with a pull-out bed in it.
All bedrooms are located on the top floor.
We have a bathroom in the basement of the home, another on the first floor, and two on the top floor (en suite and shared bathroom).
The top floor also features a spacious library overlooking the pool.
Our basement is partially finished with three separate rooms and a bathroom.
We have a very large backyard, including a heated saltwater pool, a large children's playground, trampoline, BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating with shade.
Guest Access
We have 2 main floors and a basement.
Guest access is either through the front door, or through the garage. There are several staircases in the home, including an open spiral staircase from the sun room to the library.
