General overview
Our 3-bedroom 2-bathroom bungalow is nestled among the trees and the perfect place for relaxation and good living. We have a newly-remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors, windows, blinds and outdoor space.
The space
The spacious primary suite has a king-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The oversized bedroom windows open up to a stunning view of the trees and are steps from the hot tub.
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed.
The third bedroom has a fold-down full-sized bed and also offers a top-of-the-line office space with a sit/stand desk, and comfortable office chair.
We have a second desk available as a workspace as well as a formal dining room that could be a workspace. We offer high-speed wifi that has never given us an issue- we work remotely and invite you to do the same!
Our kitchen has brand-new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have bar seating for two and a formal dining room for up to eight people.
Our favorite part is our backyard! We have a hot tub that seats up to four, a new fire table, and outdoor dining table for four during the spring, summer and fall. Relaxing in the hot tub, looking at the stars or trees, and a glass of wine can cure all.
Our living room has a TV with a Roku, allowing you to log in to any streaming service. We also have a fire place and a huge sectional (which could serve as an additional sleeping area, as it could be arranged into a full-sized bed).
Guest access
One floor, one step to reach the house. No steps to access the patio. Hot tub is not wheelchair accessible and has 3 steps to get in.

Neighbourhood
We may be biased, but we think we live in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Greater Seattle! You can access 10 miles of wooded trails directly from the backyard. We also have tennis courts within a 5 minute walk, and a golf course/driving range within the neighborhood. The neighborhood also boasts a splash pad, several parks, and a full-service bar and restaurant within a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.
For more serious hiking, you can access dozens of awesome trails within a 20 minute drive in any direction.
There are dozens of options for day trips from our home: Seattle (20 minute drive to the Bremerton ferry directly to downtown Seattle), Olympic national park/forest (1 hour), Gig Harbor (15 minutes), Poulsbo/Bainbridge (30 minutes), Port Townsend (1 hour).
Getting to my home
We recommend driving to our home, as we don’t have a nearby bus stop. However, the neighborhood is so pleasant that you may wish to Uber here and just relax :)

Seattle-Tacoma 49 miles. Check out the Kitsap Airporter if you prefer not to drive!
Getting around
We recommend having a car, and we can discuss a car swap. We have a grocery store with a pharmacy within 5 minutes.
