My home is an artistic, one-of-a-kind 2 Bathroom Studio Loft in the heart of the desirable Sherman Oaks neighborhood. Walking distance to everything on Ventura Boulevard, including a grocery store one block away and some of the best restaurants in town.
Ample street parking and accessible to several major bus lines, just around the corner. Two blocks away is a gigantic theatre and shopping center, and right over the hill, 15 minutes on a good day, is the beach. Best kept secret place of all of Los Angeles. Incredibly safe, kind neighborhood and neighbors. The absolute best place to call home.
Additionally, the space is pet-friendly (dog preferred, but would consider other pets). Space includes a fridge, dishwasher, and several kitchen appliances. Baby grand piano and dedicated writing desk. There is coin/app operated laundry for a washer and dryer on the ground floor. Lovely dual patios, one great for taking your morning coffee with while watching the bustle of the mountains. Beautiful sunset spot. Giant California King sized bed with both a television downstairs and upstairs. Gaming table. Spiral staircase with app-operated lighting.
