Enjoy the amazing city of Paris in a rare 2 bedroom/2 toilet apartment with a stackable washer/dryer that is perfect for a small family. Located only 10 minutes away from the Arc d'Triomphe and close to Metro lines (1/2 as well as RER). Bike rental stations 1 minute away. Close to the Bois de Boulougne.
Please note: I am not able to provide housing for the Olympics.
The space
A 85m apartment in Paris with modern features, including a dishwasher, updated bathrooms and washer dryer. Two bedrooms with a King and Queen sized beds are best designed for a small family. The Queen bed can be separated into two separate beds for two kids. A pullout couch is also available in the living room. Four supermarkets less than a 5 minute walk and easy access to the Metro to take you to other parts of Paris. We love this apartment because it is quiet, but still in the city with all of the shops and restaurants to enjoy. Dog-friendly too.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with access via a small elevator. Access to the building is via key fob and there are two small steps to enter the building.
Notes
We love this neighborhood because we are far enough from the tourists in the city, but a quick Metro ride or walk away from the major sites. Walk to Trocadero for the best view of the Eiffel Tower.

I'm a native New Yorker whose family is spending the year in Paris. Our primary home is located in Los Angeles, which is a 3BR/2BA bungalow that has a private backyard oasis with two hammocks, an outdoor couch, patio with a dining table and a big gas grill.
The house is in a quiet pocket of LA that has easy access to major highways as well as two different weekend farmers markets and great hiking/walking trails. About 20 minutes from Universal Studios and under an hour to the Disney parks in Anaheim. About 10 minutes away from Pasadena and all the shops/restaurants/cultural activities there as well as Highland Park, a fun neighborhood with lots of unique shops and restaurants.
We are also offering our apartment in Paris for school breaks, since we are very eager to see other parts of Europe during our year here. Our place in LA has more availability since we are leaving it open for exchanges. Our apartment in Paris is limited to French school breaks.
