Neighbourhood

It's on a easy walking hill, not steep. We are also next to a small park called Anni. Best and local Grocery is 5 to 10 min walk down on Quadra Street. Bank, post office, other essential stores in same complex called Saanich Centre. Also 10 minutes walk to Galloping Goose walking and biking trail which connect downtown, oak bay to all the way to famous beaches like Magic & China's beach and others.

Getting around

Our home is located right between Saanich and Quadra road and MCKenzie road cross with many many bus accesses to every direction you may want to go. 15 minute 1 bus ride to Univercity of Victoria as well. Or just hire Uber oe BlueBird texi so easily. Either one will arrive in 5 to 10 min mex.

We are family of three: George, MeMe and our daughter Marissa. George works for BC Government as a Geoscientist and I'm a retired Map Technician and our daughter Marissa is a university student. We keep our home clean, hygienic and efficient at all time. We are very respectful, responsible family and also gardeners and pet lovers. We have 1 golden retriever dog named Jasper. He's very well trained and 11 years old. We can either leave him with you or removed if you like.
