Downtown Summerlin shopping/restaurant area, Las Vegas Ballpark, City National hockey arena, Red Rock Casino/Hotel/Spa, Golf courses, Red Rock Canyon, all within 2-15 minute drive from our home.
Nearest airport
Our house is 11 miles (20-minute drive) from the Las Vegas International Airport (LAS). We are very close to the 215 freeway, so it's a quick on-and-off trip.
Getting around
Our home is less than a half-mile (a very easy and safe 10-minute suburban walk) from Downtown Summerlin, a big walkable outdoor mall with a grocery store (Trader Joe's), two large anchor department stores (Macy's and Dillards) along with many other retail shops (both chains and locally-owned), and more than 30 different bars, restaurants (everything from takeout pizza up to a very expensive steakhouse), and coffee shops. Another quarter-mile away is a large casino called the Red Rock Resort, which has several more restaurants and shops, as well as a hotel, a full casino, movie theaters, bowling alley, and a world-class spa. We are ideally situated an easy 20-minute drive from the Strip, Fremont Street, and the airport, but also away from the hustle and bustle if you are looking for more of a family getaway.
