Beautiful architecturally designed and new 4 bedroom townhouse directly out to a small urban beach, 8 min walk from train station, 10 min to the city center by train or bus.

The Space

There is an open dining kitchen area on the first floor, and a guest toilet, then 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor, and the top floor has a living room with a fireplace, another bedroom and large terrace. Amazing views of the sea from all floors. There is also a basement with a double bed. There is free parking outside the house and the beach is just outside the front door. Its a beautiful little beach with very shallow water for the first 50 mts so perfect for small children! A little beach cafe 1 min away serving lunch and ice-creams and cold beers (during the summer months). Nordhavn is a 15 walk away - a bustling neighbourhood with shops, cafes,a metro and a bathing area.
