We have just build this home and are so excited to share it with the PLU community! 
Nestled in the hills of Kilclare County Leitrim, this is a little hidden gem. Just 3 miles from Drumshanbo, home of the Shed distillery (https://www.thesheddistillery.com)  where the world famous Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin is made. Also home of The Joe Mooney Summer school-a famous Irish music festival held every July. https://www.joemooneysummerschool.com 
The bustling town of Carrick-on-Shannon is just a 15 minute drive away. We have views of the cross on the hill of sheemore to the right, the canal below and the beautiful Sliabh an Iarainn mountain to the left.

The Space

The home has a ground floor master suite with bathroom. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 en suite and one main bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. We have a  large living room, plus nice kitchen complete with large pantry and  oversized island. Most of the walls are glass to give you views of the amazing countryside around.

Getting to my home

You will need a car. Fly to Dublin and drive 2 hours. Shannon airport is an easy airport to navigate and fast security lines but it is closer to a 3 hours drive away..... I find it worth it  to avoid Dublin though! Knock airport is less than an hour.
