We live in a detached house in Groningen with a spacious garden. The house has a living area of 266 m2. It's a spacious and bright house with 7 bedrooms 3x 2 person bed, 4x 1 person bed), 2 bathrooms (1 with a double shower), sauna, steam cabin, and a spacious garden with a trampoline. The house is conveniently located about a 2-minute walk from a water playground, cable car, bike cross track, skate park, and a basketball court.
It’s near (5 Minute walk) the famous coloured houses in Reitdiep haven, were you also can rent subs of boats.
You can find there a supermarket and other (food) stores.
The space
The house is located in a child-friendly neighborhood with relatively many families. The neighborhood has a relatively large number of young residents between the ages of 25 and 44. Furthermore, it is a relatively quiet neighborhood considering the population density.
The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within cycling distance of the center of Groningen, walking distance from a supermarket. In addition, the nearest exit road is just a 2-minute drive away.

The house itself has 2 bedrooms on the top floor, one room with a double bed and the other with a single bed.
On the middle floor there is a spacious bathroom with double shower, toilet and bath, the 3 bedrooms of my 3 girls (11, 9 and 7) and my bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet and separate shower/small sauna and steam cabin.
Downstairs is a spacious hall, living room, dining room and kitchen with kitchen island in one. There is also a bedroom with a double bed downstairs. Furthermore, the garage and utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Neighbourhood
Reitdiep is a residential area in the extreme northwest of the city of Groningen. It is also a neighborhood within the Nieuw-West district of the municipality of Groningen.
Reitdiep is located along the deep of the same name. The district is located on the south side of the village of Dorkwerd. Reitdiep consists of a number of sub-plans: Eilandzone, Reitdiephaven and Heemwerd. Island zone is the strip along the deep Reitdiep. Reitdiephaven is formed around the artificial port of the same name.
