General Overview

Our home is our little paradise acquired in 2026. We are currently renovating it to bring it up to date. The photos will arrive gradually. However, it is healthy and perfectly habitable.

The Space

The house consists of a bedroom with a Queen size bed. A baby room as well as an office in which it is possible to put an inflatable mattress. 

In addition there is a 35m2 studio and its Queen size bed with its kitchenette and shower room/WC.

Guest Access

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are no stairs but many small steps throughout.

I had a very good week at Marine's place. The apartment, clean, modern, bright, very comfortable, which has a secure parking space, is very well located to visit Draguignan and the surrounding area. Communication with Marine was fluid, and even though I didn't have the opportunity to meet her, I enjoyed our exchanges. Throughout my week I enjoyed discovering the Var, on the land side and on the sea side. The heart of the city of Draguignan is pleasant, with beautiful museums, it is good to stroll. There is a large market on Saturday mornings to discover local products. Do not hesitate to contact Marine for a possible exchange if you wish to visit this region.

I spent a wonderful week in Marine's home. My golden retriever Dexter was with us. When we arrived, Marine and Tarek greeted us personally and showed us the apartment. In addition to a perfectly clean apartment, we even received a welcome gift. Communication with Marine was also quick, very friendly, relaxed and absolutely problem-free. I would swap places with Marine again at any time and can 100% recommend her home. The area around Draguignan is beautiful and varied. The sea, which is about an hour away, is turquoise blue with small, sweet bays. In the hinterland there are beautiful, small old French villages and the Verdon Gorge is a breathtaking landscape. I felt very comfortable not only in Marine's home, but also in the area and would love to come back.

The apartment of marine and Tarek had all the necessarily equipment, it is spacious and with a balcony to enjoy the sun. And because they also lent us their car, we were able to explore the breathtaking environment: Georges du Verdon (amazing cliffs around azur waters), Tourtour and Villecroze (charming villages), Rocher de Roque Brune (trail for fit people) and accessible trails at the sea side. This truly made our stay a memorable experience. Draguignan itself and its people has several faces, which we started to love after a few days. Communication with Marine was great, she was readily available and she gave us a lot of tips. Thank you Marine, we hope to welcome you in Amsterdam!

We’re a couple in our late thirties and have an adorable little boy, Ruben, who was born in August 2024. Tarek is an engineer and Marine is a civil servant. We have a dog called Megara with whom we like to take long walks in the forest. We love nature and animals, especially cats, and will be delighted to take care of yours. Megara is not traveling with us and you will not have to look after her, she goes to our friends when we leave.

We are open to visiting anywhere in the world, it's easier for us to schedule in advance but don't hesitate to contact us last minute if our calendar is open.
