very cozy and spacious homy home, that offers plenty opportunities to relax and nourish belly, bones & soul.
flat is in an old 'altbau' house over 100 years old, well preserved, with high ceilings and friendly neighbours.
the living spaces were self designed with a lot of attention to detail and love for beautiful things.
located in a calm neighbourhood, with a park and all basic facilities within minutes walk. very well connected with public transport to all central areas of the city, as well as with bicycle.
The space
fully equipped KITCHEN, the heart of the home, where at least 6 people can comfortably dine, and has everything you need for cooking, baking and of course tea drinking :)
spacious LIVING ROOM with fluffy carpet, armchair and huge sofa that opens easily to double bed. candles, plants, books, puzzles, games, instruments and lots of music albums to be played in the great stereo system.
fabulous BALCONY with morning sunlight, facing a private & peaceful back yard, where you can observe the many local birds.
SMALL BEDROOM with double bed. facing east, window to a very quiet back yard.
BIG BEDROOM with double bed and wall-to-wall carpet. two big windows that bring in fabulous daylight, facing a calm side street. room is used as a creative space and is designed to invite engagement in arts & crafts :)
also: garderobe space in the hallway, toilet room and separate washing room with shower and washing machine.

Neighbourhood
flat is located in the peaceful and quiet neighbourhood of rummelsburg, near s-bahn station nöldnerplatz.
a lovely green park and all basic facilities are within minutes walk, including groceries, pharmacy, post, bakery, cafes, restaurants, flower shops and more. also a museum, some galleries, and a cute wine bar around the block.
Nearest airport
BER airport is easily accessible with the frequent express train to ostkreuz station + one station ride with s-bahn. about half an hour trip.
Getting around
neighbourhood is well accessible with bicycle, and there are comfortable routes to different central areas within 20-50 min of cycling. my bike can be available to use.
the house is very well connected with public transport to all areas of the city.
direct buses to neukölln, friedrichshain, lichtenberg.
s-bahn takes you directly to the central mitte and the western neighbourhoods or connects you to other areas, or to the 'ring' line that circles around central berlin. main station lichtenberg is also nearby, where you can catch the u-bahn as well as regional trains.

hi there, i am a chill and grounded mid 30s women, living in a cozy & spacy flat in central-east berlin.
i work as an early childhood pedagogue and engage much of my free time in arts & crafts, as well as music and body movement practices. every now and then, a change of wallpaper is highly appreciated, nourishing me with fresh perspectives.
i am currently seeking a peaceful quiet location to spend the days around new years with a friend. anywhere in germany or within near reach from berlin.
i am also open for a deep winter exchange in a snowy mountain location. maybe a week or two around february. perhaps with some ski possibilities around.
