Maire

We are Shane and Maire, a retired couple in our 60’s. I am an Australian citizen , retired Occupational Therapist and CEO of a Children’s Disability Service.Shane worked extensively in Search and Rescue , Helicopter section and Helicopter leasing .
We moved to live permanently to our holiday home in the beautiful  village of Schull, West Cork, Ireland , on the Wild Atlantic Way. Our 2 adult children now live permanently in Australia, Sydney and Margaret River, and we spend the Irish winters traveling to see them and our extended family and friends in Australia.We are well travelled, relaxed and extremely responsible. We often travel with another couple, either one of our children and their partners or another couple, all well experienced home exchangers.
