Spacious clean home with open floor plan. Newly remodeled, kitchen with huge island, high ceilings, floors tiled throughout. Nice big screened lanai and fenced backyard. 

Worldwide known beaches such as Sanibel and Captiva, and Fort Myers beach are a short drive from my home.  

Cape Corall is known for the hundreds of miles of navigable canals.  Rent a boat from several marinas in town and take it to the Gulf of Mexico, or just explore the canals and go to one of the waterfront restaurants in town or the beaches.  

From Cape Coral you can explore other destinations, Fort Myers to the west just over the bridge, Naples and Marco Island to the south, and north of us is Punta Gorda, Sarasota, Venice and Tampa.  You can also make a day trip, or more to Miami and other cities on the East Coast.  

From Fort Myers Beach you can catch the fast ferry to Key West.

I love playing pickleball, and we have several free courts where you can just show up to play, and at least one indoor court nearby where you pay by the hour.

If you like to dance, we have several places where you can dance salsa, bachata, etc, ballroom, and more.

There is a lot to do in this area, restaurants, night clubs, markets, etc.

The Space

Open floor plan makes it easy to gather to eat, watch tv, etc. Kitchen has all the appliances you will need to make your stay comfortable. 

Master bathroom is spacious, with a queen size bed and great mattress. Full bathroom with shower only.

There are two other bedrooms  each with a full size bed and a shared  bathroom with a shower/tub..

Nice big fenced backyard.

Please no smoking at all.

Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Cape Coral, and other areas where you will find excellent restaurants and bars, many with live music.

Getting to my home

RSW is the international airport in Fort Myers and it is about 30-45 minutes from my house. We also have a small airport in Punta Gorda about the same distance and Allegiant is the only airline that goes there. Many direct flights a day to a lot of destinations in the US.

Nearest airport

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)  and Punta Gorda airport (only Allegiant). Tampa is about 2.5 hrs, Miami, FLL, WPB, Orlando are all about 3 hours away.

Getting Around

You will probably need a car.  Most people ride their bikes for exercise in the neighborhood, and we have some great trails for that purpose, but in town, only the brave do it.  The same goes for walking. You don't need to drive far to go grocery shopping, banks, restaurants, live music, etc.
