General Overview

Regarding availability: we usually don’t display our availability on the calendar, as we sometimes travel spontaneously. However, we’re quite flexible, so feel free to contact us even if no availability is shown for your desired dates. Our flat feels like a holiday every time we have breakfast on our sunlit balcony. Since the balcony is private, we love using it as our bedroom during the summer months, watching the squirrels running up and down the trees after sunrise. The flat itself is very bright and has a nice, open character to it. For us, the apartment is perfect because we appreciate the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after a busy day in the center. Schönbrunn Palace is just a few minutes' walking distance away, and the metro and train stations are even closer.

  • We loved staying at Flo & Magda's apartment It is a quick walk from a lovely village and Schonbrunn Castle. The Ubahn stop is less than a five minute walk and it takes you right into the center of the city. The apartment is bright and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.. We loved sitting on the porch with the castle in the distance and Flo made sure to show us everything we needed in the apartment. He was also very communicative when we had some silly questions like opening the washer door! Great location and I would highly recommend for two people who want to see not just the downtown area but a true village area of Vienna.

  • Vienna is soooo beautiful! We truly enjoyed our time there and our stay in the wonderful apartment of Magda & Flo: ideally located to combine a green surrounding and the tranquility close to Schönbrunn with the proximity to the city, and with all the comfort!   • We stayed at Magda and Flo’s flat in October 2024. They were extremely helpful with valuable information before and during our stay, even meeting us at the metro near their flat! The home was clean, welcoming, and quite comfortable. The area is quiet, and the outside deck was lovely to enjoy a morning coffee. Thank you for making our visit to Vienna so wonderful!   • Magda and Flo’s home is exactly as advertised, and is not only exceptionally well presented, but extremely functional. It was a fantastic base for us to explore the city, in a very well connected location that’s close to numerous public transport options. Communication was brilliant both before, and during our stay which made everything very easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, and would highly recommend their home for an exchange. Magda & Flo

We, Magda and Flo, are a couple in their mid-30s from Austria and live in Vienna. Magda works as an architect and Flo as a civil engineer. We love spending time in this wonderful city, but also enjoy visiting our families in the countryside. From time to time, we use our holidays to explore exciting new countries and cultures.
