Neighbourhood

Located in a lush upscaled quiet residential area close to the city. In our neigbourhood of Stocksund and Djursholm where our house is located you will find 2 small local plazas with some nice restaurants, café, and grocery shops plus other small shops of different kinds-charming and convenient. A small beach 1 km from the house. Ca 8 km to the very heart of the Swedish capital Stockholm, in the city you will find something for everyone. For example; Royal castles, historic old town, fancy shops and malls. If you’re into your art and history, Djurgården boasts several of the capital’s most significant museums. At the open-air Skansen, stroll through five centuries of Swedish houses and farmsteads and observe wild Nordic animals. The Vasa Museum is home to a giant 17th-century salvaged ship, while ABBA: The Museum combines nostalgic memorabilia with quirky interactive exhibits. And choruses, obviously.
