General Overview

My house is very quiet, I am not in sight of any neighbors. It has different areas to be like a terrace where I usually have dinner, a living room under an oak tree, the pool area, the barbecue. It is located in an urbanization where there is everything, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, church, and the bus stop to go to the center of Torrevieja.

The Space

The main floor has a living room, kitchen, and from the living room a hallway that connects with two bedrooms, an office with a piano and a bathroom. The double room has another bathroom. On the upper floor there is a 30-meter studio with a bathroom. This penthouse is accessed independently by stairs at the back of the chalet.
