General overview
We love our two storey split living home that opens up on to a beautiful indoor/outdoor living area and garden.
A local arts theatre, library, shopping centre and incredible playground are just a short walk.
Park in the garage that opens into the house for easy access and make yourself at home!
(We have two kitty-furballs that also occupy the home and will greet visitors, and appreciate a feed)
The space
Stunning new built Hamptons home with indoor/outdoor living over two storeys.
Kitchen and open plan living, plus dedicated playroom stocked full of toys downstairs, with an additional adults only TV room and full laundry.
Upstairs is the extra large master (king bed, WIR and ensuite), queen bedroom and baby's room with cot and rocker, plus a dedicated study and full sized bathroom.
The study and playroom are actually #4 and #5 bedrooms, and can be used as such... we have a spare double bed that can be set up, and portable cot if travelling more than 1 small children.

Powder room on the ground floor.
Drive in garage with internal access.
Notes
Our two cats, Millie & Mack, will be at home during your stay and will appreciate being fed and given a pat.
It is essential you are familiar with caring for a cat, and are willing to do so while in our home.

Family friendly neighbourhood with an easy walk to an incredible playground and Glen Street library and theatre. Local restaurants also in walking distance, or great delivery services.
A short drive to around a dozen beaches.

Easy walk to everything you need, but also recommend hiring a car for your stay to make the most of staying on the Northern Beaches.
There is a bus stop directly across from our house to access Manly and Chatswood and the City.
