General overview

We are 800 meters from Pisa airport, 1 km from the central station - I go there every day on foot in 12 minutes. By train you can reach Lucca, Viareggio, Florence, Livorno, Grosseto and with a change of train even Siena. In the neighborhood less than 400 meters away there is a supermarket, playground, pharmacy, pizzeria/rotisserie, place for aperitifs, ramen, etc. The Tower of Pisa is about 3 km from our house, we usually reach it by bus (bus stop 300m from home) or by bike (we can evaluate the loan of adult bikes with rear seats for children over 5 years old). Otherwise you can rent scooters or bicycles.

The space

Our house is on the fourth floor with left, we have 4 beds (1 king size and 1 double bed) + 1 double sofa bed if necessary so a total of 6 places to sleep. We have wifi and wireless printer if you need. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, dishwasher, kettle and hob (no microwave). If you are traveling with small children we can provide a stroller, IKEA high chair, bottle warmer and bed rail. Wifi and air conditioning available. Since this is a first home, the wardrobes and drawers will be more or less full but we guarantee you support points for suitcases and clothes. One room (which does not appear in the photos) will be closed for personal reasons. We have a wide board games and Ps4. It's the house where we usually live so during the week it's complicated for us to exchange. we are available on weekends, even long weekends. Please be considerate to our neighbours: no loud music at any time. No visitors without prior agreement with us, please. No smoking anywhere on the property including terrace.
