General Overview

Right in the heart of Wellington city just off cuba street. I have a tidy, central one bedroom place in Wellington just off upper Cuba street near Raglan Roast - the best coffee in Wellingon! Considering it is so central, it is relatively quiet and has new double glazing plus fully insulated. As well as the main bedroom, there is also a child-sized loft bed if you have a child/teen. I have one cat, Panda, who is 12 years old. She is quite friendly especially with adults, sitting on your lap, pats, etc. She also likes her own time, and generally just lazes away the day. I have a few house-plants, but they will require minimal watering likely only once, if at all. Awesome area, you will be close to all the great eateries in the city and art galleries etc. No parking except on street. I have a 6yo child so there are kids toys around, but I'll give it a good tidy for you plus fresh sheets and towels of course. The bathroom has great shower pressure, and showerdome, and renovated kitchen also.

The Space

Main bedroom has a queen bed. Small children's nook has a dingle loft bed, but can put additional foam mattress under this for an extra child. Also have an air bed available.

Guest Access

5 stairs up, it is the ground floor of a small set of townhouses, only 1 very lovely neighbour above.
