General overview
My house is rustic, with lots of wood and glass. You feel like living in the middle of nature. It has four floors and lots of stairs, so it is not good for anyone with mobility problems. In the first floor you have the entrance and a bathroom. Then in the second floor you have living and dining areas connected with the kitchen. In the living area there is a metal fireplace. There is air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room. You also have access to a wooden deck where you can see the sunset and relax on the chairs. In the kitchen we have a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove with oven and microwave. The kitchen has all utensils, silverware, pots and pans you need for cooking. I also leave oil, spices, sugar, detergent for dishes, toilet paper, soap. There is a washing machine for your use. From the kitchen you have access to the backyard. There is a little forest in the back where you can normally see all kinds of birds, a lizard and a cotia. There is also a deck with chairs, umbrella and table. In the third floor, we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a pull out couch and another one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor. On the last floor there is an enourmous suite, with a double bed and a small varanda where there is a hammock. In the bathroom, there is a shower and a bathtub. In this bedroom there is another air conditioning (hot and cold). In our condo there are plenty of green areas where you can walk. We also have a pond, a little farm with sheep and geese, a playground, soccer field, tennis courts and beach tennis courts. The condo is two blocks from the main avenue in Canela and very close to the bus station. There are plenty of activities in Canela. Canela is right next to Gramado, a very famous city for their Christmas celebration. My house is not safe and suitable for children, because it has many stairs and opening areas.
