General overview
Situated on the top floor of a boutique block of four Art Deco apartments which is north facing means we get so much natural light.
The view overlooking the trees and rooftops to the bay below is so lovely. With a huge park on our street and walking tracks around the bay it is a location for people that appreciate the convenience of being close to the city but close to nature.

There are no common walls, double glazing in the bedrooms, polished timber floors and an open plan kitchen/living room.
