General overview
High ceilings, open floor plan, large yard. Short walk through neighborhood to Main Street gives your access to shops, market, icecream and restaurants. Street is quiet deadend road one block from main road through town. Neighborhood is not fancy, but it is safe. 45 minutes to the beach, 1 hour to San Diego.
The space
Two bedroom house. Master bedroom has queen bed, bathroom and small sun porch that is used as an office. Second bedroom is larger with a bunk bed with full size futon pad underneath. Living room has large reclining couch, television and another sun porch that doubles as a second office. Kitchen and dining area are divided by a small island that can sit 2. Dining area has expandable table but only has 4 chair plus another 4 stools. Back yard has a swing set and slide, slack line, monkey bars, native plant landscaping.
Guest access
Stairs up to front door, stairs down to laundry access. Back yard has stairs to access the whole yard
