Neighbourhood

Located south of the highway, so you can walk, or drive to Ponquogue beach (under 4 min) and walk (5 min) to bay beach. House has all you need to enjoy the beaches, wineries, breweries, farms, shops, performances, museums & eateries! Situated in the Town of Southampton (Village is 10 min away), and 20 min to Bridgehampton or 45 to Montauk. Swim in the saltwater pool (May - October), enjoy fire pit & grill in our backyard oasis!
