Neighbourhood

If music is your thing there are three great music venues nearby . The Golden Lion ( 3 miles ) The Trades Club ( 5 Miles ) The Piece Hall ( 15 Miles ) Wild Swimming ? Downhill Mountain Biking? Hiking ? All of these are available and popular . Looks at Gaddings Dam ( the highest beach in England). Or Havoc Bike Park which won’t require you to drive as it is less than a mile away. Finally the footpaths around the Calder valley are stunning. There are STEEP hills to climb and then you are on top or the world.

Getting around

A car is advisable . We are on a bus route and there is a train station in Todmorden however I would say a use of car will make your stay easier !
